Our products are hygiene related and hence we do not follow a refund policy, which means goods once sold can-not be taken back and no refund or replacement can be issued under any circumstances. A replacement is issued only in case of dead on arrival product reported within 2 days of receipt of a product by a customer and verified by our authorized service centre on mail at cs@milagrow.in
