Product is really good and I have been using it for 3 weeks now. If you don't follow instructions or procedure you will get confused and you might feel product is not working as expected. Instructions and demo need to be taken from service center. Service teams explanation is really helpful and you can contact them any time if any further query. Daily sweeping and mopping can be done simultaneously with reasonably good quality.

An excellent product. Perfectly has been cleaning house since 6 months now. Mopping quality is also extremely good and better than human based cleaning and mopping (even with vaccum cleaners).
