Warranty Policy

The entire Milagrow team is grateful to have you as an esteemed customer. Your satisfaction is our prime motto and we want to provide the best Milagrow customer service to our product owners.

If you have received a damaged or defective product or it is not as described, you can get a replacement at no extra cost if you report the case in writing to customercare@milagrow.in or call our help desk within 2 days of delivery.

All products sold by Pyramis Lifestyle India Private Limited or www.milagrowhumantech.com (hereinafter Milagrow) are warranted against defects arising from faulty design, workmanship and materials for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase (6 months for battery), subject to the conditions mentioned in the warranty card or product listing on the website.

Replacement Warranty

Milagrow endeavours to provide its customers with a replacement warranty for any product purchased within 2 days from the date of purchase and delivery, if the product is bought and used within India. After the 2 days’ period, a Repair warranty applies, except under terms or for products specified by Milagrow separately.

Should a customer receive any product which is faulty or dead on arrival then the customer must notify Milagrow within 2 days. Outside the 2 days’ period warranty, it is at Milagrow's discretion to credit, replace, exchange or repair the faulty product.

Refund Policy

We take utmost care in selling our products to our customers by giving them prior information and in most of the cases by giving a virtual or onsite demo depending upon the customer requirements. Our products are hygiene related and hence we do not follow a refund policy, which means goods once sold can-not be taken back and no refund or replacement can be issued under any circumstances. A replacement is issued only in case of dead on arrival product reported within 2 days of receipt of a product by a customer and verified by our authorized service centre on mail here.

Technical Support and Warranty Claim Process

Whenever possible, a customer must consult the troubleshooting steps provided in the manual first, or visit the website www.milagrowhumantech.com as there is abundant information to troubleshoot the problem you might have.

If all else fails, and the customer believes the product is faulty, then they must contact Milagrow to obtain return authorization on email here

When contacting Milagrow, a customer must mention the following information for fast and quick processing:

  • Invoice/docket number
  • Name and address
  • Product name and model number
  • Faulty nature of the product

After the confirmation from Milagrow warranty department, the product must be returned with proper packaging to the address which will be given. Milagrow technician/s will then examine the faulty product and process the warranty claim from there. Depending on the warranty policy, the product might be repaired or returned to Milagrow supplier for replacement.

Repair Warranty Terms

The Customer must inform Milagrow or its authorized agent/s promptly and in writing of any defects noticed and give it or its authorized agent/s adequate opportunity to inspect, test and remedy them for which the Customer will deposit the goods if so required at the nearest Milagrow office or that of its agent/s along with original invoice. Inspection and Test Report of Milagrow or authorized agent/s will be final and binding under the warranty for determining defects, repairs/alterations required or carried out or certifying working of the goods thereafter.

Milagrow or its authorized agent/s will be entitled to retain any defective part replaced under the warranty.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in or implied by this warranty:

  • Milagrow's liability under this warranty shall be limited to the first sale of the goods by it, or its authorized agent/s, to the Customer and will not apply or extend to any secondary sale of goods by the Customer.
  • Milagrow's liability under this warranty shall be limited only to defects in the goods which occur under the conditions of the normal operation of the goods and their proper and prescribed use. This warranty does not cover or extend to defects that are determined by Milagrow or its authorized agents as occurring or resulting from or attributable to negligence, abuse, misuse, faulty care, operation or maintenance or repairs, alterations to the goods or any part thereof by others of the use of the goods on electrical supply for which they are not designed or damage caused by lightning or other electrical disturbances or interruptions.
  • The Customer will have no claim against Milagrow, its employees and/or its authorized agents or franchisees under or pursuant to this warranty in respect of death or injury to the Customer or any other person or loss or damage to any property caused by or due to equipment failure, breakdown or accident, fire or operation or utilization of the goods otherwise than in accordance with User Guide or by or due to any other cause or circumstance beyond the control of Milagrow.
  • Milagrow's liability under this warranty shall in no event and under no circumstances exceed the price paid by the Customer for the goods stated in the invoice.

General Explanation

For the purpose of this warranty, the following expressions shall have the following meanings respectively:

  • The goods shall mean the product of the company which has been bought by the customer.
  • The Customer shall mean the original purchaser of the goods of Milagrow.
  • General Terms and Conditions shall mean the terms and conditions agreed upon by the Customer as printed in this document.
  • The invoice shall mean the Invoice issued by Milagrow or its agent/s to the Customer describing the goods and indicating, inter alia, the total purchase price thereof and the name of the Customer.
  • Agent/s shall mean the authorized seller or service provider for Milagrow product/s.
  • User Guide shall mean the instructions for installation, use and maintenance contained in the product package as supplied by Milagrow.

Post-Warranty

  • The Customer may be offered an annual maintenance contract (AMC) after a stipulated buying period of 15 days.
  • In case the Customer/s do not wish to sign the AMC, they have an option of calling Milagrow or its agent/s to get their product serviced/repaired. They will need to pay for Labour costs and Spares at the prevailing rates. Such service will be rendered by the Company in towns/places where the Company has its authorized agent/s.

Battery Warranty Policy

Battery warranty is applicable according to the specifications mentioned on our website for the specific model, and on the various publicity materials released from time to time. Please read the following terms and conditions for complete understanding of terms of warranty.

If the battery encounters issues within the warranty period and the robot is still under warranty, the battery replacement will be carried out at no additional cost including the transportation. At the end of the robot's warranty period, any issues with the battery and other spare parts will be subject to service charges for the robot and the cost of replacing parts including transportation, excluding the battery.

The inspection of battery issues must be conducted by our authorized service engineers. Unauthorized attempts to diagnose or fix battery problems shall void the warranty. It is important to mention that due to the moveable nature of the robot and minute and expensive components inside the robot, it is a carry in warranty. Users are required to adhere to the instructions provided in the user manual to ensure proper precautions are taken for extending the battery life. All products are to be used indoors and in standard climatic conditions. Any product used in extreme climatic conditions like outdoor use, running on the water and extreme moisture and or extreme heat or cold will void the warranty.

Products have been designed for domestic use unless it is specifically mentioned in the product manual or on the specific product, charging of the device should be done indoors using the original charger and charging station. If our engineers find that a non-original charger or charging station has been used, the battery warranty stands void. Any outside repair or self-repair attempts made during the battery warranty period will result in the nullification of the warranty for both the robot and the battery. Please be advised to carefully review and adhere to these terms and conditions to ensure the validity of your product and battery warranty. To avail additional suction motor warranty product has to be used for domestic purpose, and on dry surfaces, any extreme condition usage will void the warranty on suction motor.

All terms and conditions of warranty are subject to change with prior notice, due to continuous technology and product development specifications and subject to change from time to time.

Robot Vacuum Cleaner Elaborated Warranty

  • Warranty is limited to the first purchaser of this product and it is not transferrable. Purchase invoice with corresponding model and serial number of the unit must be presented to claim warranty.
  • Repair or replacement will be carried out at the Authorized Service Centre. Details of the Authorised Service Centre will be shared with customer over the customer care help line.
  • Free Installation or demo of the product, can be availed only once & within 21 days from the date of delivery.
  • To avail repair services, the customer has to carry the product into the authorised service centre, regardless of whether the repair is being offered in warranty or not.
  • For units installed beyond the municipal limits of the jurisdiction of the authorized service Centre/company's service Centre/authorized dealer's service Centre, all expenses incurred in collection the unit or part/s thereof from the company's service Centre/authorized service Centre/authorized dealer's service Centre, as well as expenses incurred in connection with deputing of service personnel/ technicians towards to and fro travel, conveyance and other incidentals etc. will be borne by the customer.
  • In the event of repairs/replacement of any part/s of the unit, this warranty will thereafter continue and remain in force only for the in warranty period. Moreover, the time taken for repair/replacement and in transit whether under the warranty or otherwise shall not be excluded from the warranty period.
  • The company or its authorized service Centre/ service dealer, reserves the right to retain any part/s or component/s replaced at its discretion in the event of a defect noticed in the equipment during the warranty period.
  • In Warranty period shall continue after the product is inspected by the concerned service Centre and if the product is found free from damage, the customer shall have to pay a visiting charge towards inspection, In case of any physical damage, the product shall be repaired by the concerned service Centre on chargeable basis.
  • The company's obligation under the warranty shall be limited to repair / providing replacement of parts only. The maximum claim /s if entertained by the company will be subject to the maximum retail price of the product purchased or the purchase price, whichever is lower.
  • In the event of any unforeseen circumstance, and spares not being available, the company's prevailing depreciation rules will be binding on the purchaser to accept as a commercial solution in lieu of repairs. In case of a defective accessory, only the accessory will be repaired or replaced.
  • The company's obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repairing or providing replacement of part/s, which are found to be defective. Customer care team will advise the customer whether to effect the repair at site or at its Service Centre.
  • In the event of the company offering EXTENDED WARRANTY period for any specific product / period, it is the RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER to get the warranty card duly registered on the company’s website.
  • Only in the case of manufacturing defect being certified by the authorised service centre, will the 2 days’ replacement policy apply. For all products whether purchased online, or purchased offline e.g. retail stores or malls, the customer may find out the details of the nearest authorised service centre from the customer care helpline for the purpose of getting the manufacturing defect certified.
  • Any part/s of the system replaced by the company at its discretion shall be with a functionally operative part.
  • While carrying out repair while product is still under warranty, Milagrow may use accessories or parts that are new or refurbished or reconditioned.
  • Cosmetic / Aesthetic / Plastic / Cable Consumables are not covered under warranty.
  • Any extended warranty offered by Milagrow has to be supported by relevant proofs as per the terms and conditions of the extended warranty. Warranty is applicable only for products purchased in India.

Understanding the Life Time Warranty (LTW)

The suction motor of the floor cleaning robot with LTW offer is covered for a maximum period of 10 years from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defect. It is applicable on the lifecycle of the robot, which may vary from 7 years to 10 years depending upon the use by the customer and the environment it is being used in.

The product is meant to be used only indoors, in normal working conditions, and for domestic purposes only to avail LTW facility. The LTW warranty stands void if the product is broken, physically abused, ran on the water, and used outdoors in extremely moist, extremely dusty, extremely hot, and or extremely cold climatic conditions. LTW is not applicable if the product is being used commercially.
