Service centres

We have our state of the art, well equipped Service Centre at Gurgaon, Haryana. We have our own satellite service centre at Bangalore. We have our own personnel at many cities. We provide direct service and not through 3rd party service centres.

Milagrow Products are extremely advanced. They are checked 100% before dispatch. Under normal circumstances we do not have any hardware or software problems.

Our analysis shows that >99% of software and usage issues are solved without the product having to go to the service centres.

In the most unlikely case it happens, we do not want our customers to suffer at the hand of poor 3rd party service centres. We have contracted Fedex (World's No.1) to airlift the Robot/s from your home, in case of hardware failure or any problem which you can not solve on your own or with our assistance. The turnaround time from lifting a product from your home and delivering it back is 5-6 days, in most cases.

The above method is expensive for us but it is safer and faster for our customers. Our customers are much happier with this arrangement.

We used to earlier have more than 800 service centres in India with two of the largest 3rd party service organizations in India. We found out that they further used to outsource our service to small time service centres who had poor attitudes, shifting manpower, greedy minds and above all poor skills. They used to create more problems than solutions. Once they complicate the problems through wrong repairs the customer had to wait a long time, sometimes even 30 to 45 days. They used to charge the customers even during warranty. They also used to lie about customer satisfaction.
