How is the delivery time determined?

The delivery time tells the approximate time band, in number of days, that we will take to deliver the product to you.

Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and any public holidays.

We normally deliver our TabTop PCs by air across India wherever possible. The bigger items like Robots are sent out either via Air or via Surface, depending on your location.

Milagrow works with the best in class carriers like FedEx, DHL, Blue Dart, Aramex, DTDC and Speed Post.

All efforts are made by us to inform you of the progress by constantly updating the status of shipment on our website.

The delivery times vary sometimes due to distances and circumstances beyond our control.

What are extra delivery charges?

Milagrow prices include the standard delivery charges. You are only charged extra in case you have special instructions that cause a change in our normal packaging and delivery mechanism.

Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc) beyond the prices displayed?

There are no hidden charges when you make a purchase from Milagrow. List prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay unless you ask for a change from our standard delivery terms.

What is Cash on Delivery?

Even though we use very secure and encrypted systems, many people still do not believe that online payments are secure. For them, we at Milagrow have started the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method instead of online payments. In the COD method you pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep. Only a nominal non-refundable advance of Rs. 750/- is taken to cover for the to and fro freight cost. 

You must keep in mind the following terms for a COD order:

  • The maximum order value for a Cash on Delivery (COD) payment at Milagrow is INR 20,000.
  • Anything above INR 20,000 has to be paid in advance.
  • Cash On Delivery orders will be booked only if a pin code is serviceable for CoD by our Courier Partners. 
  • Only cash payments will be accepted while delivering a COD order.
  • Demand Draft/ Cheques will not be accepted for COD orders. 
  • E-Gift Vouchers or store credit cannot be used to pay for COD orders. Foreign currency cannot be used to make a COD payment. Only genuine Indian Rupees are accepted.

How do I place a Cash on Delivery (COD) order?

All items that have the "Cash on Delivery Available" icon are valid for order by Cash on Delivery as long as your address falls within the serviceable locations.

Add the item(s) to your cart and proceed to checkout. When prompted to choose a payment option, select "Pay By Cash on Delivery." 

You will be required to pay Rs. 750/- as a nominal non-refundable advance to cover for the to and fro freight cost. 

Once verified and confirmed, your order will be processed for shipment in the time specified, from the date of confirmation. You will be required to make a cash-only payment to our courier partner at the time of delivery of your order to complete the payment.

'Preorder' or 'Forthcoming'

Such items are expected to be released soon and can be pre-booked for you. The item will be shipped to you on the day of it's official release launch and will reach you in 2 to 6 business days. The Preorder duration varies from item to item. Once known, the release time and date are mentioned.

For eg: 5th May or August 3rd week

'Out of Stock'

Currently, the item is not available for sale. Use the 'Notify Me' feature to know once it is available for purchase.

Why does Milagrow not serve some locations?

Milagrow serves maximum number of locations based on the services provided by its logistics partners like FedEx and Speed Post etc.

The Cash on Delivery option however is available to lesser locations than the regular pre-paid orders.

We are continuously making efforts to increase the number of places served.

How do I return or get a replacement for an item and how do I arrange for a pick-up from my home?

Contact us directly on customercare@milagrow.in to initiate a return or refund as per our sales and warranty policies. Once you have initiated the process you will receive a call explaining how to move ahead. Once your request is approved, wherever possible we will facilitate the pick-up of the item. In case the pick-up cannot be arranged through us, you can return the item through a third-party courier service and we shall refund the amount to you. Return freight upto Rs. 350 are borne by us.

Does Milagrow deliver internationally?

Yes we do deliver internationally. The freight charges however are extra and would show up in your check out process.

On the website, you will be able to make your purchases from anywhere in the world with Paypal, for most of our products. If there is some product which we do not deliver Internationally then it will show up in your check out process accordingly.
