  • Check the virtual wire light on charging station. Be sure the virtual wire is connected to the charging station well (light in colorless).

  • Milagrow Lawn Robots are child and pet friendly – safety features include various sensors that will stop the blades in less than 1 second! Milagrow Robots also identify flowerbeds, trees, rocks, and other lawn obstacles using their specialist onboard navigation sensors. However, we recommend you to check that there are no objects under 10 cm in height on the ground that could damage the lawnmower. All Milagrow Lawn Robots also come with an emergency switch which is located prominently on the mower and is red in color. When pressed, the mower will shut down immediately. Rotate the switch clockwise to release it. Also, our Robot start only if a user inputs the correct password and/or turns it on by key. And they can’t start working without a matched charging station.
  • Every Robot also has a number of safety features such as automatic blade shut down, should the robot be lifted from the ground. Some models also have auto shut off if the handle if touched by a human hand during working cycles. Robot lawn mowers are the safest lawn mowers in the world.
  • All Robot models will stop immediately; when the power is restored they will continue to mow the lawn with the original settings programmed by the operator.
  • Yes our Robots can work quietly on lawns that have gradients of up to 30° without losing speed, power and without the risk of overturning. We would advise the use of spiked wheels and a model with lithium batteries to help cope with the extra power required to maneuver the Robot on uneven lawn areas.
  • All robot models will automatically return to the charging station and charge for approximately 3 hours.
  • This varies from model to model; on average it will take approximately an hour to mow an area of about 250 square meters. For the best results it is advisable to operate the robot several times a week, depending on the time of year. Thanks to the cutting and mulching program onboard, your lawn will improve in a relatively short time and quickly become a beautiful and healthy lawn.
  • Our Robots were designed to maintain the grass at the desired height. If the grass is 2-3 cm higher than the cutting blade height from the ground, you will need to manually mow the lawn before using the Robot.It will then mow 1/3 of the grass blade length on each mowing, therefore mulching the valuable 1/3 of nitrogen rich food back into your lawn, self feeding & self watering and saving you valuable time.
  • Depending on the size of the area to be mowed and if used correctly, the batteries can last between 2-5 years, the cost is low to replace them, and much lower when compared to the consumption of a normal mower or ride-on mower.
  • Robots consume very little consumption of electricity, during charging we estimate a consumption of about 30 Watts (3 hours of charging time). It is estimated that a machine that works every day, has an annual consumption of around Rs. 650.Power consumed by the Milagrow Robotic mower for continual mowing on-going maintenance of your lawn (150 clippings/year) is three times lower than that of a lawn tractor (mowing 30 times/year).
  • All Milagrow Lawn Robots are equipped with Rain Proof functionality. There are two rain sensors located on the control panel on the top cover of mower. The mower will go back to the charging station automatically when it's raining. Rain sensors can be selected ON/OFF from control panel. Turn on: The mower will go back home if it is raining. Turn off: The mower will keep mowing even when it is raining. During heavy rainfall, our Robots will detect moisture and automatically return to the charging station and switch off the blade to protect the grass and itself. If it is dry enough to mow it shall continue to do so, depending on the settings programmed by the user.
  • Yes, the cutting height can be adjusted with a simple and quick operation. The first few days of work it is advisable to work the robot at a high cutting level, to avoid hitting hidden objects within your lawn.
  • Yes, it is absolutely safe because the cable emits a very low weak electrical signal, it is the same level as a telephone cable, and the robot recognizes this boundary as its own workspace. The robot is completely safe and if there is the slightest possibility that the electric current or cable is broken or touched the robot will automatically switch off making it 100% safe.
  • Yes, you can inject the cable into your lawn keeping it safe and away from the surface of your lawn.You will find that after a while the grass will grow over it. Please note that the signal is stronger if the cable is buried as close as possible to the surface. Please remember that the cable has to be unearthed two meters before the recharge station.
  • The robot will finish the edges of your lawn, but you can also mow the edges manually via the remote, should you choose to do so.
  • Robot sensors are tuned to pick up the frequency of electric current passing through the perimeter wire placed around the edge of the garden, this serves as a barrier or boundary not to be crossed. In the absence of signal, such as if the wire is cut, the robot will instantly stop and the panel will display that the signal has been lost. The boundary will keep your robot secure and compounded and it will mow until completion or until the batteries run low and then it shall return to charge, once charged it shall again return to mow until it has completed its cycle.
  • All Milagrow models have a CE certificate that meets and exceeds the most stringent worldwide safety regulations. If the robot is lifted or tilted it automatically switches off the blade.
  • No, you must ensure that the robot is not going to be exposed to extreme weather conditions, it should be protected from water and from direct heat, the power supply must also be in a well-ventilated area. The base must be placed on a flat area and have at least 2m cable perimeter in a place perpendicular to the base for recharging. All Robot models are fully waterproof but need to be protected from frost or direct hot sun when not in use.
  • Robots like any other working garden machine need to be cleaned regularly. Especially the underside of the robot to ensure the blade is always clean. The wheel bearings should be regularly oiled, especially at the end of the season; make sure to remove any residue build up too so that the Robot can maintain the job of keeping your lawns groomed to perfection and looking beautiful.
  • The Robots will sense obstacles such as trees, walls and sheds; it will reverse safely and select a new direction to mow. For flowerbeds and ponds, these areas need to be excluded from the mowing area by using the virtual perimeter wire.
  • The finely cut grass clippings are a great source of nitrogen for your lawn, essentially providing you with a natural fertilizer. This leaves you with no clippings to dispose of and no piles of rotting grass in your garden.
  • Our Lawn Robots have a number of features to deter theft. Password protection and/or the use of a keypreventunauthorized use. Also some models cannot be turned on without a matched charging station. User has to set the address before using it otherwise the robot cannot start working. A label with the Address Code is pasted on the charging station.
  • A blade's life depends on grass type and lawn size. For a 3000 square meter lawn, a blade will last approximately two years. The blade replacement is a quick operation and requires only fixing screws. The blade should be sharpened when necessary (approximately every 1-2 months). Milagrow provides extra blades for replacement.
